provided 6 months of bank statements, copy of drivers license, etc . case was ' under review". now the case is gone and service not restored. called and asked for manager. of course managers don't pick up phone. going on two hours now waiting for a call back. this is theft of services. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
