Help has arrived, @onyx42321.
When creating invoices or estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can simply select the Save button instead of clicking Save and close or Save and new. This way, the details of the transaction will remain on the page.
You can refer to my screenshot for your visual reference:
You can also perform some troubleshooting steps if the transaction keeps disappearing. The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the platform's functionalities.
First, try to open your QBO account using an incognito or private window for testing. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once logged in, check if it works. If yes, you’ll want to clear your main browser’s cache to start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
