Click the tiny arrow next to the account that you want to make inactive. 

In the drop down menu, click make inactive.

Thanks for posting to the Community. Let me show you how to remove these accounts in your Chart of Accounts (COA).

 

Here's how:

  1. Hover to the Accounting menu and then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account and then click the drop-down▼ button on the Action column.
  3. Select Make inactive and then Yes to confirm.

In case you want to make an account active again, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select the Gear icon ⚙ above the Action column. Then select Include inactive.
  3. Find the account you want to use again and select Make active.
