There are couple of ways on how to see the list of all expenses in the updated version of QBO. I'd be glad to share all the steps with you.
First, go to the Bookkeeping menu, then proceed to the Expenses tab. The view is also similar to the old interface so you can easily see and review the list of transactions.
Second, go to the Reports section and look for Expenses by Vendor Summary or Transaction List by Vendor reports. Here's how:

Please don't hesitate to get back here and let us know if you're able to see all the expenses. The Community is always here if you need anything else.
this is not correct, it shows the same option, connect banking or enter a new expense. it is doing it with everything, expenses, invoices and estimates.
i have 4 companies under my account with the same plan, the original which company i started quick books with works fine, the other three will not let me see all of the items.
Thanks for getting back with the Community, teglars-com.
The steps provided by jenop2 are for if you're viewing your books with the Business view. It's possible you may be using your Accountant view instead.
Here's how to view all expense transactions in Accountant view:
Now you'll have a list of your expense transactions.
If QuickBooks isn't displaying properly, I'd initially recommend checking the browser. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Browsing applications store these types of records, but sometimes they can cause issues with certain webpages. You can open a private window and check to see if your books are displaying properly.
Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:
If pages are displaying correctly while browsing privately, it's safe to say this problem's being caused by the browser. It can be fixed by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.
In the event it continues not displaying properly while you're browsing in incognito mode, you'll initially want to try switching to another browsing application.
Here's a list of supported browsers
You can also check a browser's compatibility with QuickBooks by utilizing our browser health checkup tool. QuickBooks supports the current and two previous versions of browsers. If you find that you're using an unsupported version, make sure to update it to its latest release. Steps for doing so can be found on the particular company's website.
In the event you've found no problems that could be causing this with your browser, you'll want to check the operating system and internet speed you're working with.
Here's our recommended operating systems and internet speeds:
If you meet all of our system requirements, but are still encountering pages that aren't displaying properly, I'd recommend using a different device and/or internet connection. In the event it continues happening on other devices and/or internet connections, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
I've also included a detailed resource about system requirements for QuickBooks which may come in handy moving forward: System requirements

Jen,
i know your company wants to close tickets as quickly as possible via chat and messaging. you have forgot about the end customer. i am a telecom engineer and i know a little about troubleshooting and working with customers to solve problems. I have stated that i have four businesses under my account that are exactly the same, one works good and the other three are screwed up most likely because of your advertising push for banking connections. when you finally pull your head out and listen, have an engineer give me a call [removed by moderator] and i can show them the issue via screen share.
i am trying to complete my 2021 taxes reconcile with my own internal books and can not complete it until i can see all expenses.
I have not input my 2022 or 2023 data yet but am fully willing to switch platforms and bash the hell out of quick books for their lack of customer attention.
By the way, i had to change four things in my post not to offend the woke.
I wish I could make it better and help find your expenses in QuickBooks so you can do the reconciliation, @teglars-com.
There are possible reasons why your expenses are missing. To see them in your account, you can follow the steps below.
It's possible that your transactions may have been downloaded to the incorrect bank register. What we can do is check it on your banking page to verify.
Second, it's possible that you haven't categorized those bank transactions accordingly. Once confirmed, review the downloaded bank and credit card transactions so you can see them on your reconciliation page.
Then, open and check your register to see if the transactions are there. Otherwise, proceed to the Reconciliation page and clear the filter. This way, it would show all the transactions.
Normally, transactions will not appear if they are not part of the reconciliation period or if the transactions have already been reconciled.
Additionally, I'll be sharing the articles to help reconcile and manage your bank transactions in QuickBooks:
