How do you set up room rates for Bed and Breakfast that are changeable

I'd be glad to share some information on how a product/service changeable rate works in QuickBooks Online.

First, set up the room rate for bed and breakfast with the original rate. To guide you further, you can follow these steps:

1. 1. Go to the Sales menu.
   2. Within the Product and services tab, click New.
   3. Select the appropriate type of item.
   4. Enter all the required details and rates.
   5. Hit Save and close.

When you create a sales transaction, you can manually edit or change the rate of the item. Open invoice/sales receipt and add an item. Then, manually edit the rate (if necessary).
