How does send later work on an invoice? Does this feature send invoice automatically on the invoice date or at another time? I need help?

Let me share some information on how the Send later feature works.

The option mentioned above lets you email invoices in bulk at a later time. The information that will show on the Last Delivery section is the actual date when you send them, even if the invoice dates are not the same.

Also, you still have to manually choose the entries you wish to send to your customers. After selecting, email them by batch.

Here’s how:

1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Sales menu on the left panel and choose All Sales.
2. This action will take you to the Sales Transactions page.
3. From there, tick the boxes for the invoices you’re working on.
4. Click the Batch actions drop-down to select Send transactions.
