How is a donor contribution statement printed on OQB?

You can customize the Sales by Customer Detail report and set the reporting period to either This Calendar year or Last Calendar Year to get the annual donor contribution statement and print them.

Here's how to generate the report:

1. Click Reports on the left panel.
2. Type Sales by Customer Detail on the search box.
3. Click the Customize button in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Change the Report period and then click Filter.
5. Go to the Donors /Customers drop-down menu, and choose a donor.
6. Click Run report.

Once done, you can click either the Printer icon to review the copy and send it to your donor or click the Email icon to send it to them instantly.

Also, you can rename this report by clicking the Pencil icon anytime before emailing or printing them.

You can then memorize this report by clicking the Save customization button and so you won't have to take the same steps moving forward. See this statement in the Reports menu, under Custom Reports.

Also, the other way that you may want to consider is creating statements on the Donors page. Let me show you how.

1. On the left panel, click Sales.
2. Select the Donors/Customers tab.
3. Check the box for donors you wanted to send a statement.
4. Click the Batch actions drop-down, and choose to Create Statements.
5. Under Statement Type, choose Transaction Statement.
6. Click Save and send.

That should point you to the right path.
