We want to make sure you have the best QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced experience when using it. Our innovations help you work faster, smarter, and better. This includes the number of digits you use for your account numbers. Currently, you can add up to 20 characters for the said feature in the chart of accounts.
For additional resources, you can browse this article: Learn about usage limits in QuickBooks Online. Then navigate to the QuickBooks Online Advanced section. From there, you’ll see the number of classes, locations, accounts, tag groups, billable and non-billable users you can add to the program.
