How to add Bundle to invoice? I receive an application error. I am using QB Plus

I know how to add bundles to invoices in QuickBooks Online, @dirk-hvacsimulat.

 

We'll have to first set up the bundle on your Products and Services page. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Under Lists, click on Products and services.
  3. Click on New. Then, select Bundle.
  4. Fill out all the necessary details.
  5. Once done, click on Save and close.

After that, you can proceed with adding the bundle to your invoice. Follow these steps and see the screenshot below for reference:

 

  1. Click on the Sales menu. Choose Invoices.
  2. Select New.
  3. Fill out all the necessary information.
  4. Select the bundle under Products and Services.
  5. Once done, click on Save and send or Save.

I'm here to make sure you can add a bundle to your invoices, @bundle error.

 

Since you already tried the suggestion provided by my colleague above and the issue persists, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times when too much cache and other browser issues can cause unexpected results or errors when doing tasks in QBO. Let's access your account using a different or private browser by using either of these shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once you have successfully added the bundle, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
