If you need to change details such as the customer, amount, or date, please follow the steps provided by kabel1657. You can also follow the same steps if you need to update the account where the funds will be deposited. However, if you only need to update the income account for sales receipt items, you can make the change on the Products and Services page.
You can follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Products and services.
- Find the item you've entered within the sales receipt.
- Under the Action column, choose Edit.
- Scroll down and update the Income account.
