We can go to the Worker's details to update the name in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me show you how:
- Click Workers on the left menu.
- Choose Contractors.
- Select a contractor from the list you want to update.
- Tap the Details tab.
- Tick the Pencil icon on the Personal details section.
- Go to the Display name section and enter the new contractor's name.
- Press Save.
