How to create Batch Invoicing

The feature is only available in QBO Advanced.

If you don't have QBO Advanced, you can use a 3rd party tool.

If you're using an Advanced subscription, you can create multiple invoices at the same time for multiple customers.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Use your + New button, then go to Batch transactions.
2. From the Select transaction type ▼ drop-down list, choose Invoices.
3. Pick any of your fields on line 1 to start. This is the first invoice.
4. Use line 2 to add a new invoice. If you need to delete one, click More options, then Delete invoice.
5. Enter as many invoices as you need in separate lines.
6. Select Save.
