I'm glad to offer my assistance with connecting your Apple card. At this time, the connection between QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and Apple card is unavailable. However, you can import your transactions using a CSV (comma-separated values) file. Then, we can use the Cash account when importing your Apple Card transactions in QBSE. This way, it'll be recorded under the default (Cash) account in QBSE. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Imports.
- Select the Cash Account from the list, then click Import older transactions.
- Tick the Browse button, then open the CSV file for your Apple Card transactions.
- Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the importing.
- Tap Import.
Then, categorize the transactions from your bank. I have a guide here about importing bank transactions using Excel CSV files. This article will show you what's the correct format for CSV files. Though this guide is for QuickBooks Online, however, QBSE use the same format.
