How to increase limit for customer payments for Accounts Receivable above $49,999.99

Let me help you in increasing the limit for accepting payments.

QuickBooks Community is unable to increase your limit since this is a public space. I suggest you reach out to our Support Team so they can review your account and create a ticket for limit adjustment.

1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
2. When asked by the bot, enter "QB Payment Limit Increase".
3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

Another option, consider having a 3rd party merchant service to integrate with QBO.
