How to list inventory assets?

Hey there, Spence.

QuickBooks Online has a default inventory asset. When you create or modify an inventory item, you have an option to choose the account (Please check screenshot below).

You can also create a new inventory asset account. Here's how:

  1. Click Accounting, then go to the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Click New.
  3. Choose the Account and Detail types, then enter a desired name.
  4. Click Save and close.

I've got an article for you to check: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Inventory-and-projects/How-to-set-up-Inventory-and-tracking/....

Feel free to come back to this thread if you still need my help.
