I've got you covered, @Playawest45. Since there's an existing invoice transaction, let's match the payment from your customer via PayPal or PaymentsHub, going to the For Review section in the Integration transactions page.
The For Review tab displays transactions that require your attention. If QuickBooks identifies a match—meaning the payment's exact date, amount, or details align with the invoice, you’ll see a MATCH FOUND notification along with its transaction hyperlink below.
Now that the invoice is present in your QuickBooks Online(QBO) account, follow these instructions to complete the matching process:

To match a third-party bank deposit with an invoice in QuickBooks Online, edit the deposit and set "Received From" to the customer and "Account" to Accounts Receivable. Then go to "Receive Payment," select the customer and invoice, and apply the deposit as a credit. Record payments to Undeposited Funds for grouped deposits, then use "Make Deposit" to group them, and match in the bank feed. This keeps your A/R and bank records accurate.
To match an invoice with a third-party bank deposit in QuickBooks, record the payment to Undeposited Funds, then create a Bank Deposit using that payment. When the deposit appears in your bank feed, match it to the invoice to mark it as paid and keep your records accurate.
Originally I took the bank deposit and split it to the different transactions so now all the proper accounts are selected. If I select the bank deposit now I am seeing the split categories as well as selection the payments included in this deposit. I see all the payments but can not add them because my split includes all the money already.
I will go back to inam52 post and see if I can proceed. Select the bank deposit and select undo. Then go to pending. Select deposit and split. Customer is not a selection of Received from and I do not see Accounts receivable. Does not seem a way to go.
Go back and select add this time. Go back and find the deposit. Then I can select the payments. But I still have the extra from the deposit. Deleted that to see if I can move forward. Select Save and new
Still have not cleared the first invoice. Selected Receive payment. But the Choose payment method selections do not get me to bank deposit.
I ended deleting the splits I made in the deposits. . The individual Payanywhere payments in the deposit show up and have to match to the individual payments.
