How to move the "PAID" stamp on the invoice its blocks the content behind it , which I need to read. how to move the PAID stamp ?

Hi there, @sales114.

Let's get this problem handled.

Before we go into detail, I'm going to need some additional information about your invoices.

  • What content is the PAID stamp covering?
  • Is it showing on your invoice when you open it or on the Print and Preview window?

You can always go to the Custom Form Styles feature to move around the content on your invoice, but we're unable to change the position of the PAID stamp.

Here's how to customize your invoices:

  1. Select the Gear icon in the left corner.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. Click on the Content tab.
  4. From this window, you can select which part of your invoice you need to be customized.

I've created this {test} invoice in my practice account to provide you with an image of the PAID stamp in the Print and Preview window.

Also, I'm going to submit feedback to our Product Development Team for them to review and consider this a feature soon.

I look forward to chatting with you shortly. Happy Thursday!

"Let's get this problem handled"....."we can't do that." I have the exact same issue. I put details on the invoice for my customer and boom PAID right on top of it. I just don't understand why it's in that spot to begin with and why it's being treated as a small issue. I have had cases where I had to send two emails, one unpaid that is legible and a second marked paid. It's a real problem folks.
