The option to print a Bill in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is not available. But, I got a workaround that you can consider. You’ll want to print the Bill directly from your browser. Let me show you how.
If you’re using the Goggle Chrome browser, click the three horizontal dots icon and select Print.
If you’re using a Mozilla Firefox browser, click the three vertical lines icon and select Print.
Another option is to print a Transaction Journal report from the Bill. This will show you how you categorize the Bill. Here’s how.
- Open the Bill.
- Click More and select Transaction journal.
- Then click the Print icon to print the Bill.
Rest assured I’ll take note of this as a feature request and let our product team know of your business needs. This way, they’ll consider adding this in the future.
