How are you doing today, mitch.hoci.
I'm just dropping by to check if you still need more help finding your missing entries. I want to make sure this is taken care of.
A quick and easy way to locate transactions in QBO is to use the Search tool. With this, we can search for your entries by using details like the Name, Address, Amount, Date, and more.
Here's how you can use it:
- Click the Magnifying glass icon.
- Enter the date, amount, or transaction number you’re looking for, then select the desired transaction.
- If the entry you're looking for doesn't show up, click Advanced Search.
- Adjust the filters to find the type of data you want, then click Apply Filter.

If you still can't find them, it would be a good idea to try accessing your account on a Private Browsing window and try looking for them again. Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
If it works, then it's possible your main browser has accumulated too much historic data, which can impact processes and cause this kind of behavior. To ensure this doesn't happen again, I'd recommend that you clear it's cache.
