I am trying to create a new invoice. Every time i click on 'Create Invoice" tab, i get a big swirling circle, but it won't "connect" to create then invoice. Help!!

I would begin by logging out and clearing the cookies within your browser. Log back in and try again.

@honncorp   Mine has been doing that for over a week, even with clearing cache and cookies.  QB says they don't know and that i just need to deal with it, because no one else has reported such issues.  

I have found that if I close the window completely and start fresh, it will work.  However, if I walk away and leave it for more than 15 mins, it will act up again and I have to close and start over.  

I know it's a pain in the a** , but hope this helps some.
