I've been trying to access my account for days, but I changed my phone number and they won't let me recover my password just by email. When I tried to contact them via chat, they left me talking to myself. I'm desperate to get my documents to declare my taxes but I don't get any help.

We can try performing alternative steps to retrieve your account. You can use the account recovery form in this link here if you've forgotten or lost your user ID and password and no longer have access to your phone or email on file. I worked at the Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites, and I received my payment information through Quickbooks Desktop, I have an email to prove it. When I returned to Brazil, I changed my phone number and therefore I cannot perform 2-factor authentication. I don't remember very well what my ID was, but my e-mail associated with the company I worked for is [email address removed], my full name is Luana Porto Correia. And I just need to get the w-2 form to be able to declare the taxes, please help me.
