I cant find my estimate sheet?

Hello,

The gear icon controls settings in QuickBooks Online.  To add transactions such as estimates, click the + icon.

You can find the estimate option in the + Plus icon, @robert-jrconcret.

I agree with @MarshallA that the Gear icon is a command setting in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The Gear Menu lets you manage tasks like changing company settings, managing your chart of accounts, setting up products or services, reviewing recurring transactions, and manage the details of your account.

You can create any transactions using the Plus icon. Just a quick heads up that the Plus icon was renamed as +New. QBO allows you to hide that sidebar by clicking the hamburger icon at the top left of the screen. That way, you can free up some space on your screen, in case you need to extend the wideness of the page depending on what you want to view.

I've attached a screenshot for your further reference:

If you already see the estimates option, you can check this article for more details on how to use this transaction: Set up and use estimates

I cant find my estimate sheet?

This makes no sense an estimate is not a transaction. Is there not a list of estimates as there are of invoices?

I cant find my estimate sheet?

I've come to help, @things! I want to ensure you're able to see a list of your estimates.

You can pull up a list of estimates directly from the list of created sales transactions in QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select All Sales.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Under Type, choose Estimates.
  5. Enter the remaining transaction details such as the status, date, or name of the estimate in question.
  6. Click Apply.

I'm adding a couple of articles below in case you need the reference about utilizing the estimate:

If there's anything else that I can help you with aside from managing your estimates, please let me know using the Reply option below. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe!
