Hi there, silvia_m_gongora.

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community. I'd be happy to help get this taken care of today.

You can automatically import previous transactions for up to 18 months into QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. On the left pane, select Apps.
  2. Click My Apps.
  3. Select Settings under Sync with Square.
  4. Select Run next to Manual Import.
  5. Select a date range for the transactions you want to import manually.
  6. Click Run.

For more information and detailed steps about Sync with Square, please check this out: Sync with Square Hub.

If you need to reach out for more help, our phone agents will be able to help you get to a resolution quickly. You can find our contact information on this link: Get help with QuickBooks Online.

That should do it. Drop a comment below if you have any other questions about importing your Square sales into QuickBooks Online. I'll be happy to help you out. Have a great day ahead.

Good job for making sure the settings are fixed, twallace51.

Square is one of our supported third party application that can sync with QuickBooks. I suggest getting in touch with their Phone Support Team to ensure that your settings are correctly set up. They can walk you through the detailed steps in fixing errors and importing previous transactions.

Once you save changes to your settings, all future transactions will already use the new one. Prior transactions before the updates won’t be affected.

Feel free to get back to me if you need anything else.
