I didn't set up recurring estimate. Problem with some customer. Every begining of month, automatically send quote to customer. How to fix this error

Thanks for reaching out to us here.

 

QuickBooks Online will not automatically send an estimate if no recurring template was created. We can double-check the template by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear > Recurring transactions.
  2. In the TXN TYPE column, check if there's an estimate.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Use or Edit link and choose Delete.
  4. Select Yes to confirm.
