QuickBooks Online will not automatically send an estimate if no recurring template was created. We can double-check the template by following these steps:
- Go to the Gear > Recurring transactions.
- In the TXN TYPE column, check if there's an estimate.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the Use or Edit link and choose Delete.
- Select Yes to confirm.
