Good day, asawula-mail-ni.
You can see the Is Adjusting Journal Entry? option if you're using the QuickBooks Online for Accountant version.
If you'd like, you can invite an accountant with a QuickBooks Online Accountant subscription and then let them adjust your entries.
You can check out this article to learn more about adjusting journal entries: Enter Adjusting Journal Entries in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
I'm just a post-away if there's anything that I can help. Take care!

We also just clicked Theough how to set up a company because we don’t really have one. So because I know I am in that view why does it not appear?
Yea we are doing this for a class in college, so we don’t really have a business. I know I am in that view because I clicked accountant view but it is still not popping up. The is Adjusting Journal Entry? box option is only available in the QuickBooks Online Accountant version. This can be the reason why you're unable to see it in your account. The Accountant view is what you're used to seeing if you've used QuickBooks Online for a while, while QBOA is another type of Online subscription.
You can check out our QuickBooks products to find the right product that suits your business needs. As mentioned by my colleague above, you can invite an accountant that has a QBOA subscription and do the adjusting entries for you.
