I filed the W-3 outside of QuickBooks. How do I remove the annoying Task Reminder?

Thanks for posting in the Community, @CDP. I'm here to lend a hand with removing an item from the Task Reminder.

If a form has been filed outside of the system, a reminder on the Home Page can be removed by archiving the form. Here's how to archive a W-3:

1. Click Taxes on the left navigation menu and choose Payroll.
2. Select Annual Forms.
3. Click on the blue link that says W-3.
4. Select Archive.
