Thanks for posting in the Community, @CDP. I'm here to lend a hand with removing an item from the Task Reminder.
If a form has been filed outside of the system, a reminder on the Home Page can be removed by archiving the form. Here's how to archive a W-3:
- Click Taxes on the left navigation menu and choose Payroll.
- Select Annual Forms.
- Click on the blue link that says W-3.
- Select Archive.
