Hello there, @vbarraza.
You can create a recurring expense transaction so you will have just to enter this once with a different date for each month.
If the transaction started in January 2021 and before this day, consider recording the expenses manually because we're unable to create and start the transactions before this day. Then you can record the other 10 transactions as recurring expenses.
Here's how:
Then you're good to go. The expense transaction will record every specific day of each month.
You can reference this article for the detailed steps: Create recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online. It includes the type of transactions that you can create and their definition.
In case you need to change the details on the recurring transaction, you can edit the recurring template anytime.
Feel free to fill me in if you have additional questions. I'll be happy to help. Have a good one!
No. Does not work.
As far I can tell it is not possible which is just beyond me.
Open a Melio account for free and utilize the recurring billing feature to integrate with your QBO. You will choose a payment frequency (monthly or weekly), the number of payments and the day you'd like payments to go out.

I recognize your sentiments, and I'm here to ensure creating monthly expenses in your account won't cause any accounting issues in your financial data.
If you're in a similar case to the ones described above, it's recommended to enter all the bills separately with the same amount on the same date of the month.
For record-keeping purposes, we suggest entering them individually as this happens in the actual. Doing so will help your account balances and reporting data to stay accurate.
However, if you're unable to create an expense transaction in your QuickBooks Online account, you can access your company data in a private browser. This can help resolve any webpage issues and ensure the program runs without storing cache files. Refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
If you're able to create bills again, you may get back to your default browser and clear its cache or use a different supported browser.
Moreover, I'm sharing this reference to help you track and review your accounts so they always match your bank and other financial statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be on this thread anytime you require further assistance managing expenses in your account. Take care.
