Hello, useremerson. We haven't received any similar issues reported getting this following error when printing invoice.

 

Let's check if this has something to do with your browser's cache. This might be the reason why you're receiving that error. To clear this out, we can start by accessing QuickBooks Self-Employed account in a private window. This usually resolves any browser-related issues.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

If you can successfully print the invoice, let's clear your browser's cache on your main browser to delete the stored cache and get a clean slate.  If not, you can use other supported browsers

 

Keep me posted on how the steps work. I want to make sure you're able to print the invoice. Thanks!

That doesn't work.  I read this in the confusing help system and tried it.

 

I do not have issues printing from other places in the same browser.

That doesn't work.  I tried this after finding it in the confusing help system.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter the error message in the What can we help you withfield.
  4. Click Let's talk.
