I had an invoice that was paid on March 1st and it says deposited but I can’t see it in my bank or on my QuickBooks checking anywhere. Help?

Thanks for sharing your concern today. Generally, payments through a credit card take 1-2 business days to reach your bank.

While bank transfers (ACH) payments can take 2-7 business days. These vary depending on the following factors:

• Time of day you enter transactions.
• Weekends and federal holidays.
• The financial institution where transactions are deposited.
• Bank's processing time to verify electronic deposits.

In your case, I'd recommend waiting for a day or two to get the payment posted to your bank. If they're still undeposited by then, contact our Merchant Services team. They can help review your account to check why you're getting some delays in receiving deposits.
