Hello there, @kathie5.
Yes, you can exclude the items that weren't on your bank statement so they won't show up again in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and keep your financial data accurate and updated.
When you exclude your transactions, they won't appear in any of your account registers or financial reports in QBO. To do this, here's how:
You can read this article to learn more about excluding transactions in QBO: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.
Also, I encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBO regularly (every month). This helps monitor your income and expense transactions and detect any possible errors accordingly. You may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in doing or fixing a reconciliation: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.
Let me know if you have other banking concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and have a great day, @kathie5.
Thank you so much. It did help. I tried to reply to the email, but got a message that it could not be delivered. I hope this response is received. I truly appreciate the help.
