I had two items in QB that were not on my bank statement. I deleted them from the bank register. Do I now check them and hit exclude as they are showing up in QB

After I deleted from bank register, the two items show up in QB to be entered.  Do i check them and hit exclude so that they do not show up again.

Yes, you can exclude the items that weren't on your bank statement so they won't show up again in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and keep your financial data accurate and updated.

 

When you exclude your transactions, they won't appear in any of your account registers or financial reports in QBO. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Banking or Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the tile for the account you want to review.
  3. Select the For Review tab.
  4. Click the checkboxes of the transactions to exclude.
  5. Select Exclude84.PNG

Also, I encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBO regularly (every month). This helps monitor your income and expense transactions and detect any possible errors accordingly. Thank you so much.  It did help.  I tried to reply to the email, but got a message that it could not be delivered.  I hope this response is received.  I truly appreciate the help.
