In QuickBooks, you can pay via PayBill to your vendor, as long as you subscribe to QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. As long as you subscribe to QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced.
The Company and Bank account owner can sign up for Online Bill Pay with either a direct link or through the QuickBooks Online App. Here's how:
Sign up for Online Bill Pay using a direct link.
- Log in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Online Bill Pay Learn More page, then select Get Started.
- Enter your company information, then select Next.
- Follow the prompts to connect your bank account.
- Select Next.
- Enter in your personal information, then select Next.
- Finally, answer a few identity check questions. If you have issues with this process or are declined during the identity check process, contact Intuit's Care Support.

Once completed, you're now ready to pay the vendor bill.
- Go to the (+) New icon, then select Pay bills.
- Choose the account under the Payment account section.
- Select the vendor currency.
- Choose the open bill/s, then enter the payment amount.
- Save the transaction.
