I have a working farm with only crop income and some oil rights income. Not sure how to enter under invoicing?

Let me walk you through the steps on how to record these transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you plan to get paid in the future for products and services you sell, send your customers an invoice. Simply follow these steps.

 First, create a new item to record your crop and oil rights income in QuickBooks. 

1. Go to Sales and select Product and Services.
2. Click New, then choose the product or service you want to use to track the item.
3. Enter all of the necessary info and click Save and close.
4. Repeat these steps if you need to record another product/service.

Now you can create invoices and add them to your sales. You can also run several financial reports to track your sales income.

Once you’re all set up, you can easily track what you buy or sell. Here's how to get get started:

• If you need more supplies, get help with ordering from vendors.
• Get sales insights using these reports.
