Seeing the lists of your estimates is easy in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Kharp. I'm here to guide you how.
I can share options on how you can view lists of current estimates you've created in QBO. You can see them on the Sales page. Here's how to do it:
- Navigate to the Sales menu and click the All Sales option.
- Next, select the Filter menu and choose Estimates on the Type dropdown.
- Set the date range and apply any additional filter you may need.
- Once done, click Apply.
Another option is to run a transaction report. Refer to the steps below:
- Click the Reports menu and search Transaction List by Customer.
- Select the Customize button.
- Set the Report period date.
- Next, go to the Filter section and check the Transaction Type box.
- Then, choose Estimates.
- Once done, click Run report.
For your reference, please see this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. You may also want to save your report customization so you can easily pull it up whenever needed. You'll see the saved report under the Custom reports tab.
Personalizing your estimates forms to widen your business relationship with your customer is a breeze in QBO. To get this done, you can utilize the Custom Form Styles feature within the program.
You can count on me if you ever need additional help about viewing your estimates list. I got your back. Keep safe always.
