I have several customers with open balances that do not show up on the list of Statements available. I'm selecting Balance Forward and changing the Start date.

The list should return many more than what it is. I have verified customer's with pledges open for date 6/1/2023 yet another customer with identical pledge will show on the list. I cannot figure out what the difference is.

I see that you're encountering some discrepancies in your QuickBooks Online statements. I'll share information that could help you get through this.

Double-check the transaction dates for the pledges and any related transactions. Ensure they fall within the date range you're selecting for the statements. It could be that the dates of these invoices are different. You can change the starting and end date to a wide range that might show those invoices.

You can run the Invoice List by Date report and customize the columns to include the status of the invoices and specifically select the customer.

By systematically reviewing these areas, you should be able to pinpoint the cause of the discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them. You may refer to this article for the detailed steps: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

I included information about the dates which is the issue. Even if I change the start date prior to the overdue pledge dates, only pledges that are in the last 365 days generate a statement. Seems like a bug to me.
