I have three main products that are bundled together in numerous ways, each with different pricing. How can I have different set pricing for each bundle? - rules no help

Inventory is kept within each main product. I do not want to have to separate the same products' inventory to make a bundle a product. help!

Hello, @cindy108

I'd want to help you set the price for your product bundles.

Currently, we're unable to set pricing for each bundle. I know this will greatly benefit your business if we're able to do so.

For now, when you create the invoice, I'd suggest editing the rate/amount of each item on the bundle. This way, you can change the price of each bundle. I have a screenshot for visual reference.

To keep up with the latest news and product feature enhancements, I encourage visiting our QuickBooks Blog site. From there, you can check the What's New in QBO tab to know the newly attached features.

Additionally, you can use reports to see inventory status and performance to know your best selling products and what available items you have.

Keep me posted if there's anything else you need assistance with items set up in QuickBooks. I'll keep my eyes on this page. Have a nice day ahead!

@cindy108

You may need an additional app to so and integrate it with your QBO account.

I have the same issue.
I have plants and plants pot in my products. I made them a bundle together to sell them on my Shopify website.
I did not set the sales price for each of my products because I wanted QBO to read the sales price from Shopify ( I change my prices on Shopify normally). I synced them with ONESAAS but unfortunately, QBO makes invoices with ZERO amount.
It cannot make an invoice with the selling price on Shopify...
anyone any help?

Thanks for joining this conversation, @bundle price.

When connecting Shopify with QuickBooks Online (QBO), the prices should sync in the system ith as well as all the updates in the app.

If the prices are not showing in QBO, I suggest contacting the Shopify Support team so they can check the cause of this odd behavior. However, if it is showing, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

@bundle price

Afaik, we couldn't use Onesaas for that function. You need an additional paid app to do so.

You Have probably already moved on from this, but I am getting ready to set up my bundles and in order to track sales of my bundles and set their prices I am going to add a service item and add it to the bundle. I do not sell any individual pieces so I am going to leave the sales price of each individual piece as zero and then put my sales price in the service item. Just an idea.
