We can link multiple Etsy account in QuickBooks Self-Employed to automatically download and categorize the transactions for you. Before diving in, please know that Etsy will only sync current calendar year transactions. If you need to get prior year transactions export them into a CSV file then manually upload it to the program.
Here's how to connect your other Etsy account:
You can read to this article to know more about the QuickBooks Self-Employed and Etsy integration.
I've added an article that will guide you in categorizing and editing your downloaded bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

When I select the Gear icon, there is no "bank account" option.
I'm having the same issue. Have you resolved your issue? Yesterday when I went to the apps/Sync with Etsy/get app now it was about to link my other shop - and I cancelled the process (I wish I hadnt because now I can't link). I happened to be logged into that shop at the time so i thought if i quit out of QBO and Etsy, and logged into the account i wanted to add, it would be seemless, but no luck. now if i do the above, it brings me to my already linked shop.
Hi, BangItOutDesigns.
Let's get this sort out by running some troubleshooting steps.
There are instances issues like this occurs when the system encounter browser-related issues.
To sort this out, link your Etsy account on an incognito window. In Incognito, none of your browsing history, cookies and site data, or information entered are saved on your device.
To open one, press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome. Press Ctrl + Shift + P for both Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Then for Safari, pin ⌘+ Shift + N.
If it works, you may go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. Deleting the cache data helps to increase the loading time of web pages and increases the performance of your desktop.
You may also use a different supported-browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge to isolate the issue further.
Afterward, you can modify the items to ensure they're on their correct accounts. Here's an article as your guide: Categorize transactions.

HI thank you - just tried that and it still goes back to my main/original Etsy shop (@bangitoutdesigns).
My goal is to now link my other shop (@bawdybangles) as well, in order to download transactions to QBO.
As I mentioned, the other day, when I hit the 'launch' via the app, it did bring me to BawdyBangles.
I am only logged into that shop.
QBO/apps/find apps/Sync with Etsy/Get app now/
This is the message that appears: (oh sure, now it brought me to @BawdyBangles !
New questions now ... I'm treading lightly and do not like this warning:
Since I already have my @BangItOutDesigns connected, what happens if i proceed linking @bawdybangles?
I finally got my QBO cleaned up, I dont want to mess it up again.
Meeting with my accountant in an hour, odds of a reply before then? :)
Etsy Store BangItOutDesigns is connected to QuickBooks Company Bang It Out Designs

You need to have a 3rd party connector app to manage multi Etsy stores and integrate them to your QBO account.
thank you - which third party app(s)?
what would happen if i proceeded with linking the second shop?
Explore this one.

Afaik, when you connect to your second store using the existing connector, it gets mixed up with your data in QBO. If you want to try that option, consider to utilize the trial version of a backup restore app.

If I download the file from Etsy and import to QB will it show the details by sale as 2 different shops?
Why isn't there an easy way to do this since it's been 2 years since it was asked??????
Importing Etsy downloaded file won't show details by sales for two different shops, Adrianne.
You'll want to look for a third-party application that lets you import your file and show details as two different shops.
I've also added some resources about manually adding and categorizing transactions in QBSE:
Let me know if you have follow-up questions regarding managing your Etsy transactions. I'll be around to help.

The easy way is using a 3rd party app as I mentioned earlier.
Has there been a solution to this problem? Following for more information on this as I am in the same boat.
I have shared the solution for the time being. You need to use a paid connector.

As an additional option, use a backup restore app before connecting the apps.
