Good Morning, @john153

I can provide you with some information to answer your question about emailing Estimates. The reason why your sales rep isn't receiving the responses to these Estimates is the they come back to the company email. If you'd like to change your company email, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Pick Account and Settings under "Your Company."
  3. Select the Company tab.
  4. In the "Contact info" section, press the Edit (Pencil) icon in the top right-hand corner of the section.
  5. Enter the email address.
  6. Press Save and then Done

After researching further, I've discovered there isn't a way to have more than one email to choose from in this situation. However, I'll send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this option in one of the upcoming releases. Our Developers take the time to review everyone's feedback so they can provide a layout that is suitable for every customer. You can also look into this article about Estimates that can be helpful in the future.

I want to ensure all of your concerns are addressed, so let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

@john153

As another option, explore this 3rd party app. Your sales rep may release an estimate as usual. Once your customer approved it, the app will generate the invoice automatically.

Can they do this on each individual login?  and change the email or is it going to change the company admin from getting all the notifications.

Welcome back, Proworksinc!

They can’t do the process for each login because there’s only one customer-facing email in a QBO company.

As for your other question, changing the email will stop the company admin from receiving notifications. The solution is to use an email address that every user has access to so everyone can see the replies.

Speaking of estimates, you can customize your estimate template to add your own style on the form.

Hope this helps. I’m just right here if you need further assistance. Have a good one!
