Right now, QuickBooks Online has an issue about connecting AmEx Open credit card. Our product experts are doing their best to fix this as soon as possible.
As a workaround, you'll need to manually upload your bank transaction to QuickBooks Online via Web Connect. Please note that this might cause duplicates after we fix the issue.
Also, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care so they can add your account to the list of affected users. This way, we can send you an email once the issue is resolved.
