I just received msg from QB and I don´t know what it is

what do I need to do to solve it ? 
Your QuickBooks payments account has been declined due to missing info. You can continue to create and send invoices, but you can no longer get paid online or in-person. Any funds left in your account will be returned to your customers in the next 30 business days.

Your safety is our priority, and we'll help you check the email. I'd recommend contacting our Care Support Team shortly so they can check this for you.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Help and choose the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the text box and click Continue.
  4. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback. These options are available during their office hours.

 

Reporting this to our Security Team will help secure your information. In the meantime, you can install an antivirus software and ensure it's up-to-date.
