I just signed up for QB Online yesterday. I imported some A2X journal entries, but they're not showing up on the bank rec screen. How do I get them to show up?

Also, you'll want to update the app to ensure all features and functions are running smoothly:

iOS devices:

To be clear, this is not on the mobile app.  I'm having this issue on my laptop - QuickBooks Online.  How would I refresh the data from my laptop?  Also, could there be a delay in syncing the bank feeds?  I was thinking it might take a couple days.

Thank you for reaching the Community, tojnom.

I'm here to share what I know importing journal entries from A2x and add more troubleshooting steps to make sure your data is sync into QuickBooks Online.

In QuickBooks, you'll see one (or two) journal entries that A2X has created. Each journal entry will have a date, and the list of debit and credit transactions that apply in that period. If you've connected your bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks will automatically match the incoming deposit to the Journal entry created by A2X.

If the downloads seem stuck, or you want the most recent available transactions, we can do a manual download.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, choose Transactions.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Click on Update button.

This will update all of your linked bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks. It will also increase the number of transactions in each account tile.

I'm adding this article for more information : What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can check out this link as your future reference: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to reach the Community again if you still have other concern regarding journal entries and banking. I'll be around if you need help. Enjoy your day!
