I lost all my customers information and all the invoices i had written on the app

Hello @sarkis-daniel93-

Before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask for a few confirmations about the QuickBooks Online app you're using? Are you using the newly released desktop app or the mobile app? And if you have the mobile app installed, is it the android or the iOS app?

Keep me updated in the comments below. Hope to hear from you soon. Take care and stay safe!

I appreciate you for adding more details about your concern, sarkis-daniel93-.

It’s my goal that you’ll be able to see all your invoices and customers’ information recorded on the mobile app. We’ll have to run some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Let’s first log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a browser and then view the transactions and list from there. If you can see all the information, let’s remove the stored cache on your device to enhance its overall performance.

Here’s how:

  1. On your phone, head to the Menu ☰ and click More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap the Settings option and then Refresh Data.
  3. Press YES to confirm the action.

This reference outlines the complete steps to see the latest available information in your mobile app. It includes instructions for iOS users.

If you continue to get the same result, uninstall and reinstall your QuickBooks to start fresh. If the issue persists, open your company in a browser and run the Audit Log report. This built-in tool provides a clearer picture of who made some changes to your account or entries. Here’s an article that will walk you through steps on how to access the utility: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

You can contact our QBO Care Team if none of the suggestions work. One of our specialists will perform a screen sharing session to trace where the issue is stemming from. Then guide you on how to apply the permanent solution.

For additional resources, I’m adding a link that shows a list of tasks you can do in your mobile app: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Make sure to click on the topic to view the complete details as well as instructions on how to perform each process.

You can also bookmark this article in your browser for future reference: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android. It provides solutions on how to resolve sign-in issues, upgrade errors, and Google Play charge errors.

These resources will guide you in the right direction accomplishing all your tasks using the mobile app.

Reach out to me again if you have other customer-related concerns. I’ll be around to assist further. Enjoy your weekend @sarkis-daniel93-.
