I'm missing almost all invoice data from 5/13 - 1/15. I can see the data is in my invoicing system, and it was there when we did out taxes those years. Anyone seens this?

Let's do some troubleshooting steps to bring back the missing invoices, Scott.

First, let's do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues:

  1. Use a private browser and look for the missing invoices.
  2. If you can ind the missing invoices while using a private browser, clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
  3. Otherwise, use a different supported browser.

Next, we can pull up reports of your invoices:

  1. Click Reports on the left menu and search Invoice List.
  2. Enter a specific date range in the Report period field.
  3. Click Run report.

If the invoices still won't display on the report, let's review Audit Log to see if they are changed deleted:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Audit Log.
  2. Click the Filter button and select All Users.
  3. Enter the date range and select Transactions under Events.
  4. Select Deleted/Voided Transactions in the Show: field.
  5. Click the Apply button.

If you need more assistance with this, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They'll be able to further investigate this.

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online United States in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. In the first section, choose Running your business in QuickBooks > Invoicing.
  4. Go to the second section and choose how you want to reach them (phone, chat, or email).

Let me know if you need anything else.
