Let's do some troubleshooting steps to bring back the missing invoices, Scott.
First, let's do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues:
- Use a private browser and look for the missing invoices.
- If you can ind the missing invoices while using a private browser, clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
- Otherwise, use a different supported browser.
Next, we can pull up reports of your invoices:
- Click Reports on the left menu and search Invoice List.
- Enter a specific date range in the Report period field.
- Click Run report.
If the invoices still won't display on the report, let's review Audit Log to see if they are changed deleted:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Audit Log.
- Click the Filter button and select All Users.
- Enter the date range and select Transactions under Events.
- Select Deleted/Voided Transactions in the Show: field.
- Click the Apply button.
If you need more assistance with this, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They'll be able to further investigate this.
- Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online United States in the upper-right corner of the page.
- In the first section, choose Running your business in QuickBooks > Invoicing.
- Go to the second section and choose how you want to reach them (phone, chat, or email).
Let me know if you need anything else.
