I'm unable to create a draft invoice today 09/30/2020. Billing account is up to date. Anyone else experiencing this BUG.

Hi there, hgipson03. 

Thanks for dropping by the Community, I wasn't able to find any open investigations into issues with creating draft invoices. Meaning that it is an isolated issue. Because of this I'm providing you with an article that highlights the process for you, so you can make sure you're doing so correctly. If after you follow the steps you're still experiencing issue, I would recommend reaching out to support, they will be able to figure out whats going on and they can create an investigation into the matter if its necessary. The steps to reach our support team are as follows:

 

Ask QB Assistant:

 

QB Assistant is a virtual agent that gives you quick personalized answers. Ask general questions like "How much did I make this year?" or "How many business miles did I log?"

To open QB Assistant, follow the step for your device:

  • Web browser: Select Assistant from the top menu.
  • iPhone or iPad: Tap the button on the dashboard, then select Ask QB Assistant.
  • Android: Tap the chat bubble icon on any screen.

Once you're in, type a question or press and hold the mic icon to ask your question out loud.

 

Connect with us:

  1. Enter or say “Talk to a human.”
  2. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Post a question and get answers from tax specialists and other customers like you.
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.
