Hi! Thank you. Unfortunately this did not help. 1 week ago, I was able to see all of the line items on all of my invoices - unpaid and paid. Now, when i view or export a paid invoice, it just shows the total amount and does not include the products that were sold.
I've tried Chrome and Safari. I've cleared the cache.
How can I go back to the way it was?

Our product engineers are already aware of the issue regarding the invoices in Self-Employed. Right now, there's no confirmed workaround to view the invoice details.
For now, I recommend waiting for updates. We'll include affected users in the list once you contact QuickBooks support. I recommend contacting them again and providing the investigation number (INV-89241) to the next representative.
This way, you can receive live email updates about this issue. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague above to contact our QuickBooks Support Team.
