I'm wondering how to upload my business logo to my invoices and estimates, can anyone help? Google it, and got nowhere with it.

You've come to the right place, @done-right-handy.

I can guide you on uploading your business logo to your invoices, estimates, and other sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO, you can upload up to logos for different sales forms. Before doing so, please note that it should be:

  • a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • smaller than 10 MB
  • 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
  • square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
  • using the standard RGB color space

To add your business logo, please follow these steps:

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  3. At the upper right, from the New style drop-down, choose the appropriate form.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then tick Add your unique logo.
  5. Click the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
  6. Locate and pick the image you want to use.
  7. Select Open.
  8. Once uploading is done, hit Save, then Done.

To learn more about managing logos in QBO, check out this article: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms. It also contains answers to some frequently asked questions (FAQs).

I'm also adding this article that has a video about customizing invoices and other sales forms in QBO: How to Customize Invoices and Sales Forms.

For more tips and other resources, I recommend visiting our website for future reference: Self-help articles.

Post again or leave a comment if you have more questions about logos or anything else QuickBooks. I'll be happy to answer them. Stay safe always.
