I need to add credit card processing fees as an expense which has come out before it was deposited how do i do that?

Hi there, @mariniaellett.

 

You'll want to open the deposited and add a bank fee in the Add funds to this deposit section. Here's how.

 

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Go to the magnifying glass icon and search for the deposit.
  2. Open the deposit.
  3. Add a line item in Add funds to this deposit section.
  4. Select Bank Charges & Fees under the ACCOUNT column.
  5. Enter a negative amount in the AMOUNT column.
  6. Once done, click Save and close2.PNG
