I can see the importance of getting the invoice for your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) monthly subscription promptly, @ctgriffin.
We send your invoice's copy for your plan through the email address you've set up in the program. If you haven't received it, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to securely pull up your account and send a copy of your invoice for your subscription. They are available from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mondays to Fridays) and from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (Saturdays). I'll show you how.
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Select Contact us.
- Enter your concern in the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) box.
- Click Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with a support agent.
