I need to print 2 invoices at the same time, one for us and one for customer, is this setup in the printer or in quickbooks?

You can set it up in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me show you how to do it.

Here's how:

1. Open the invoice you want to print.
2. Click Print or Preview at bottom of the invoice and select Print or Preview again to open the Print preview page.
3. Click the Print button or the printer icon on the Print preview page. 
4. Then adjust the number of copies you want.
5. When ready, click the Print button.
