Intuit/ QB likes to play this game where they hold YOUR money for as long as they possibly can.  I have seen others who have gone weeks, or even months of not being able to get their money released.  There are also a LARGE number that have had their merchant accounts closed and have yet to receive their money.

You see, Intuit/ QB makes money off of YOUR money.  The longer they hold it, the more they make off it.

Good luck.

Hi rpsle-outlook-co,

I can imagine the inconvenience of not receiving funds must be causing you. We're committed to looking into this matter and getting it sorted as quickly as possible.

Within 5 business days, we will deposit your first set of payments, also known as a batch. While we're setting up your account, these initial deposits might take a bit longer. However, once the setup is finalized, the processing of customer payments will become much quicker. You can check out more details and about other payment methods in this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Please another business to see if you'll receive the funds. If not, you'll want contact our QBO Support so they can check this using more tools.
